A new patch for Ubisoft's Stone Age action game Far Cry Primal has arrived, introducing, among things, the ability to remove the HUD for an extra challenge. Far Cry Primal's uber-challenging Expert mode already disables the HUD, but now you can turn it off at any difficulty level, if you'd like. Ubisoft also notes that the no-HUD option should allow you to capture some nice-looking screenshots without any clutter.

The patch also improves performance and stability and fixes a range of bugs. You can see the full patch notes, as published in the game's forums, printed at the bottom of this post.
Its file size is 577 MB on PS4 and 570 MB on Xbox One; a file size for the PC edition was not divulged.
This is the game's second title update, following a launch-day patch back in February.
