Winners of the second annual Front Line Awards, sponsored by Game Developer magazine, were announced Monday night after the opening of the 1999 Game Developers Conference in San Jose, Calif.
The awards went to developers whose tools pushed the limits of creativity in the area of computer-game development in 1998.
