Shrapnel Games has announced the completion of BCT Commander, its latest tactical combat game. The game is the follow-up to Brigade Combat Team, and it includes an updated version of that game along with a construction set, two expansion packs, 12 new scenarios, and an updated manual.
BCT Commander is based on the battalion- and brigade-level tactical simulator known as JANUS. The game was developed by by ProSim and Captain Patrick Proctor of the US Army, and it is designed for and used by the army to train senior commanders.
BCT Commander is available for preorder from the Shrapnel Games Web site for $39.95, and it is scheduled to ship on February 25.
