Today, 989 Studios unveiled MLB 2005, the latest installment in their long-running baseball franchise. The game will take the field on PlayStations and PlayStation 2s next March, and will sport a variety of features, including:
zone-control batting pressure-sensitive pitching hot/cold streaks mound visits true-trajectory ball physics improved AI reworked character models new camera angles cut offs and run-downs franchise mode career mode player creation game-simulation bode online play via 989SportsOnline new three-man commentary from ESPN's Dave Campbell, the San Diego Padres' Matt Vasgersian, and Hall of Famer Vin Scully.
