Now Playing: Destiny 2 Xur Guide June 17, 2022
Head to the Watcher's Grave area of Nessus to find Xur this week. For his weapon, Xur is offering Crimson. Hunters can pick up Gemini Jester leg armor; Titans can grab the Aeon Safe gauntlets; and for Warlocks, Xur has the Vesper of Radius chest armor.
Xur is present every weekend in Destiny 2, starting with the daily reset at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET each Friday. His exact location is always a mystery when he first arrives, as he is not listed on the map, and for novice players, he can be easy to miss. However, there are a set number of locations where he takes up residence, including the Tower Hangar area, on Nessus in Watcher's Grave, and in the Winding Cove area of the EDZ.

That means it's worth visiting him each time to check out his new weapons and rolls on Exotic and Legendary armor. You can visit him any time between his arrival Friday and the weekly reset at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET the following Tuesday when Xur departs the Solar System.
Xur offers a pretty solid Hawkmoon this week with Opening Shot, although it generally favors Handling over Range, so this might not be the PvP roll you're looking for. As for Dead Man's Tale, this is also a strong roll with Fourth Time's the Charm, which can definitely serve well in both PvP and PvE, feeding rounds back in your magazine as a reward for landing headshots. Both are good but neither is a god roll, so these are pickups mostly if they fit a specific playstyle or need for you.
For Legendary weapons, Xur's Brass Attacks sidearm is solid with Feeding Frenzy and Sympathetic Arsenal, but has the weird outlier Accuracy Masterwork that keeps popping up in Xur weapons--the novelty and possible bugginess alone makes it worth picking up and testing. The Gnawing Hunger auto rifle Xur offers isn't perfect, but it's a decent one if you want what is still one of the best auto rifles in the game--it carries Zen Moment and Multikill Clip with a Range Masterwork. The Extraordinary Rendition submachine gun is one you should absolutely pick up if you missed it from the Season of the Chosen, with Subsistence, Multikill Clip, and a Stability Masterwork making it a workhorse in PvE and probably fairly useful in PvP, too. The other guns are mostly at your discretion; First in, Last Out has been a great slug shotgun for boss DPS in the past, for instance, and this roll with Pulse Monitor, Vorpal Weapon, and a Stability Masterwork isn't too bad, although Auto-loading Holster would be better.
Xur has the Genysm Knight set for Legendary armor this week, which was formerly available from Asher Mir on Io; if you didn't get it before Io vanished at the start of the Beyond Light campaign, now's your chance to complete your collection. Hunters have a bunch of great armor options this week, especially if you're looking to boost your Resilience stat, so get to Nessus and make some purchases.
