Earlier this week, the publishers of the Official UK PlayStation 2 Magazine released a picture of the upcoming issue in order to draw attention to the magazine's redesign. What drew our attention, however, was the image on the front cover showing a character from the previously unannounced sequel to The Getaway.
We've since confirmed with a SCEE representative that The Getaway 2 is indeed in development at the company's London Studio. Since the magazine isn't due to arrive on UK shelves until after Christmas, though, SCEE isn't planning to release any official assets for the game until sometime in January. We'll bring you more information on The Getaway 2 as soon as it becomes available.
