France may have won the World Cup, but Ronaldo is going to get a video game out of the deal.
According to a Brazilian business daily, soccer star Ronaldo is going to become the star of at least one multiplatform video game. Reportedly Infogrames signed a deal with Nike, which will allow the company to bring Ronaldo-endorsed titles to Sony, Nintendo, and Sega platforms.
The exclusive five-year deal with Infogrames covers both video game consoles and personal computers. It also covers the use of the Brazilian team, which Nike acquired the rights to through a sponsorship deal with the Brazilian Soccer Confederation.
