Artwork for Alien: Isolation, the rumored sci-fi game from Creative Assembly and Sega in partnership with Fox, emerged this weekend on games forum NeoGAF, suggesting an announcement for the project is imminent.

　　What appears to be box art for Alien: Isolation, featuring the series-familiar green hue, shows a young woman in a space helmet. Meanwhile, the second image depicts what looks like a massive space station floating above an unspecified planet.

　　A Sega representative told GameSpot, "We're not commenting on this."

　　The evidence for Alien: Isolation is now nearly palpable. Sega filed a trademark application for Alien: Isolation in October, while an unconfirmed Kotaku report from October suggested Alien: Isolation would star Ellen Ripley's daughter, Amanda, which matches up with the newly revealed art.

　　The most recent Alien game was the critically panned Aliens: Colonial Marines from Gearbox Software in association with Nerve Software and TimeGate Studios. The Wii U version was canceled, despite the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC versions combining to ship 1.31 million copies.

　　Creative Assembly's most recent project was Total War: Rome II, which launched in September for the PC. The studio is also working on the free-to-play MOBA Total War: Arena and multiple Warhammer games.
