Attention fans of J.R.R. Tolkien and real-time strategy. GameSpot is proud to present its first real-time strategy game tournament for Subscribers!
In the next week we will host a single elimination online tournament for The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth II. The tournament will consist of 48 players who will battle in King of the Hill mode as the faction of their choice.
It is important that you are aware of some changes that will happen in this tournament compared to other tournaments that we have hosted. Also note that we will allow substitutes in this event but not after the Elimination phase 2. Further information is described in the FAQ.
Lastly, pay very close attention to how different the Elimination phase 1 match settings are compared to the rest of the rounds.
