NovaLogic and VU Games announced that they have entered into an exclusive multiyear distribution agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, VU Games will become the sole distributor of current and upcoming NovaLogic products in North America, effective July 9. The deal will include NovaLogic's most recent release, the fast-selling modern combat shooter, Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising.

　　NovaLogic will continue to oversee the development, production, marketing, and PR for its products.
