New On Netflix In June 2023: The Witcher Season 3, Sam Raimi Spider-Man Trilogy, Dunkirk-June 2024
As June approaches, Netflix has unveiled the new TV shows and movies hitting the platform next month. Starting from June 1, viewers can anticipate a lineup of titles set to debut throughout the month, offering a wide variety of entertainment choices.
The highly anticipated Season 3 of The Witcher is set to premiere on June 29 on Netflix. Starring Henry Cavill as Geralt, this season adapts the second book in Andrzej Sapkowski's Witcher series, Time of Contempt. Geralt, who has always maintained neutrality and suppressed his emotions, must now confront his feelings as he navigates a dangerous world. Joined by Ciri (Freya Allan) and Yennefer (Anya Chalotra), Geralt's journey takes an emotional turn as he realizes the importance of family and love. The season will consist of eight episodes split into two volumes. Part 2 of Season 3 follows four weeks later on July 27. This season will be Cavill's last one with the show, as The Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth will be taking on the character's medallion and sword after.
To help tide you over, the ability to binge-watch every Sam Raimi Spider-Man film on Netflix will be possible starting June 1. It's not a bad way to spend the day until Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse premieres on June 2. Also, if you missed out on Dunkirk, Christopher Nolan's historical war drama will be coming to Netflix on June 12.
