　　KISS: Psycho Circus, in development at Third Law Interactive (formerly Bloodshot), will use Monolith's LithTech 3D engine. Third Law is the Texas development house made up of former ION Storm artists who abruptly left ION late last year. The Gathering of Developers will publish the game.
