Humble Bundle is a great resource for saving on collections of games and donating to worthy causes, but it's also a publishing label with its own digital storefront. And in support of Black Lives Matter and the ongoing protests in the U.S., Humble Bundle is starting a fund for Black game developers.
Humble Bundle is starting a fund of $1 million that will help publish games created by Black developers. Details on how the fund will be established and how qualifying developers can apply for it will be communicated in the future, with Humble Bundle encouraging its customers to donate to funds like the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and Race Forward in the meantime.

"We stand in solidarity to condemn racism and violence against the Black community," Humble's statement reads. "Humble believes in empowering and uniting communities through gaming and will leverage our platform to help achieve racial equality everywhere."
Humble Bundle is just one of many game publishers to voice support of racial equality and directly donate to funds aiding affected communities. EA recently announced a donation of $1 million to a variety of funds, while also committed to double-matching employee donations. Bad Robot Productions, led by Star Wars director JJ Abrams and his wife Katie McGrath, have pledged $10 million to charities in the wake of the death of George Floyd.
