Ubisoft knows how to keep its head down in a firefight, and the publisher proved just that by releasing the second installment in its Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter series well in advance of the holiday 2007 first-person shooter onslaught. However, even with Xbox Live activity now dominated by the likes of Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3, the GRAW2 team continues to emerge from its foxhole to pop off a few rounds in the form of downloadable content.
The GRAW2 Co-op Collection 2 content pack is now available for download through the Xbox Live Marketplace for 400 Microsoft points ($5), half the price of the first Co-op Collection pack released at the end of January. The second Collection pack will again add five new co-op campaign missions to the game, continuing the storyline established in the first Collection pack.
Co-op Collection 2 will also mix in nine competitive maps to GRAW2's online adversarial action. As with other map pack releases for the game, seven of the maps will be reimaginings of those seen in previous installments in the Ghost Recon series, while two will be completely new. Co-op Collection 2 will also give gamers a chance to increase their gamerscore by 125 points.
