Bungie has released details on the upcoming November update for its sci-fi shooter Destiny, which will be hitting next week. As detailed on the Bungie site, the multiplayer event Iron Banner will be making a return next week. However, the event will feature Clash as the game mode for the first time.

Bungie has also tweaked several of the reward gains from Iron Banner. Reputation gain from winning Iron Banner matches will be increased by 20 percent, and activity completion rewards will be increased for all ranks, with the most significant increases affecting Rank 2 and above.
Iron Banner Artifacts will be obtainable from the Rank 3 package, and packages from Lord Saladin will be obtainable upon hitting Rank 3 and Rank 5. Iron Banner Ghost Shells will be obtainable from Rank 5 package or activity rewards.
Notably, the update will fix the Hunter Shadow Shot glitch that delayed the return of the Trials of Osiris event. In addition, once next week's update has gone live players who have completed the "Blademaster" quest to obtain their Exotic sword will be able to purchase all three Legendary swords from Lord Shaxx.
Earlier this week Bungie granted beta access for all players to Gear Manager, a tool for players to assist with managing items in Destiny. Players can use the tool to manage their inventory and maximise their Light level with a single click. The Gear Manager can be accessed on the Bungie site, after clicking through the "My Legend" tab to access the player's character.
Recently it was announced that Destiny had hit 25 million registered players. The numbers were revealed as part of publisher Activision's most recent earning's report, where it was also revealed that Destiny was the "most watched console game on Twitch."
