Universal Interactive has announced that Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex will be coming to the Xbox. The game follows the adventures of Crash as he tries to once again defeat the evil Dr. Neo Cortex. The Xbox version of the game will feature a few graphical improvements that take advantage of the added power of the Xbox hardware. Loading times in between levels will also be reduced.
"It's exciting for the Xbox gaming community to see the legendary Crash Bandicoot appear on Xbox as our first well-established, character-based franchise of 2002,"said J Allard, Xbox general manager.
The Xbox version of Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex is scheduled for release in Q1 2002.
