Apr 30, 2025 6:45 PM

A lawsuit filed by Virgin Intereactive against defendants Crave Entertainment, SVG Distribution, and Nima Taghavi and Christian Gloe has moved to the next stage. The lawsuit – filed on March 5 – alleges unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, spoliation of evidence, breach of contract and fiduciary duty.

The suit claims that Gloe, a Virgin employee, was conspiring with Crave, SVG and Taghavi to “sabotage Virgin's business and operations and engaging in illegal corporate espionage and destruction of evidence.”

Virgin also claims the two named defendants secretly ran their own business venture out of Virgin's German facility.

A restraining order issued on Friday by the United States District Court, Central District of California prevents the defendants' from the “destruction or disposal of relevant notes, correspondence, computer records."
