As of yet, there is no word on if Mario Kart 64 will also come to Wii U in North America on that date. The game is already available through the original Wii's Virtual Console.
Mario Kart 64 will cost £8.99 in Europe on Wii U, according to Eurogamer.
It supports up to four players and features some of the most memorable Mario Kart courses ever, including Moo Moo Farm, Toad's Turnpike, and Yoshi Valley. The game's Battle mode was also a lot of fun.
