The E3 press conferences have begun. Following Google Stadia Connect, the next big one is something a bit less conventional: EA Play. The event's livestream is set to take place on Saturday, June 8, and will run for several hours. Many of EA's games will get their own dedicated slot during the stream, allowing the developers to dive in deep on what we can expect from EA's upcoming slate. The full schedule for the livestream has been released, with two of the major highlights kicking things off: Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order and Apex Legends Season 2.
From there the half-hour slots will be devoted to the further EA library, with games ranging from Battlefield V to FIFA 20, Madden NFL 20, and even The Sims 4. Hosts will include Greg Miller, Andrea Rene, and Julia Hardy. Curiously, Anthem is absent from the list of scheduled livestreams, so we may not be learning more about BioWare's plans for continuing to improve the game.

Now Playing: Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Gameplay Announced for EA Play 2019 - GS News Update
All of the streams will be broadcast through EA's YouTube and Twitch channels. We also have a detailed guide on how to watch EA Play. We've already gotten a few bits of news, including a look at Jedi Fallen Order's box art and FIFA 20's release date.
Those attending the all-weekend event in person will be able to score a touchdown, take part in a Jedi Fallen Order "theater experience" and photo op, check out new Apex merch, and play on a FIFA soccer pitch. As always EA Play is taking place just before E3, so part of the event will overlap with other press conferences from big publishers. Check out our full E3 press conference schedule to make sure you don't miss out on any.
