Transitions

　　Transitions is a short interactive narrative game exploring the confines of gender during childhood. Kris created this game using Twine in early 2020 at a time when they were finding themself questioning the roles society forces onto specific genders. When they developed Transitions, they wanted to explore how gender roles can affect someone's perception of themself during childhood. The specific language and scenarios in the game are aimed to help a younger audience explore gender roles and find comfort in stepping outside of them.
