In my first game, developed during a 7-day course on Godot and GDScript on Udemy, I was able to apply and enhance various skills acquired. This project exemplifies the essential mechanics of a game, addressing the smooth movement of the character, engaging animations that bring the game to life, sound effects that amplify the player's experience, and an immersive map built using the "tilemap" technique. Additionally, I highlight the implementation of an attack system that not only adds challenge to the game but also allows exploration of the interaction between characters and enemies. This game represents not only a milestone in learning but also the ability to effectively apply the knowledge gained in the course, providing a practical and rewarding experience.
