Play as the Wolf's Maw, a hardened mercenary bound by magical contract to help in the quest to destroy the Rotting Tree, a thing out of myth. The Rotting Tree is a mostly linear story set in the same universe as Rise of Etrea (though not in the same place).
The Characters
Elaith (they/them) - A shapeshifter of unique disposition and extreme wealth. They are the one that bought your contract, and to them you are bound.
Audax (he/him) - The warrior that stays at Elaith's side no matter what. He is battle worn, gruff, and incredibly suspicious of you.
Berka (she/her/)- A former 'colleague' of yours known for her explosive methods. Though you know from experience she is more dangerous than her inventions.
Mirin (they/she/him) - A mage of great talent, and great dishonesty. Much like you they have been forced into the dangerous mission of destroying the Rotting Tree.
