Synopsis

It’s already been three years since demons began to ravage the world, leaving broken families and shattered dreams in their wake. People pray to the gods and beg for help, but they remain silent and ignore all prayers.

　　However, when fate causes the beasts of hell to knock on the doors of the humble town where you live, you discover that the gods have a plan, and that plan includes you. What would you be willing to give in exchange for ending the cycle of corruption and regain peace?

　　Leire/Luca, the guard

　　A fearless warrior, as fierce in battle as their hair is red and capable of making any demons tremble with a single glance. They work as a guard in the town of Sorrol, where they live alone with their older sibling in their parents' house since a tragic accident took them away when they were young.

　　They highly value their privacy and it's not easy to get to know them, as they are very selective about the peoplethey let into their life. Luckily you are one of them, and you have been able to see that there is something more under that rough exterior that they try so hard to maintain, even if it has been only a few times. Yet you get the feeling that you've only scratched the surface of their complex being.

　　

　　Ada/Omar, the doctor.

　　Doctor of Sorrol from the great city of Astian, a place they left behind out of a desire to make a change in their life and flee from the politics that inhabits its streets.

　　When they moved, they also had to say goodbye to their father, who apparently did not agree with his child's decision to go to be a doctor in a remote village in the countryside, but you have no more information than that. When you ask you always get the same answer: 'I'm more needed here.'

　　

　　Albert/Lavina, the builder.

　　Kind, devoted, considerate and Sorrol's star builder, the oldest of the Terrastars does their best to take care of their little sibling, with whom they lives in one of the oldest houses in the area, which belonged to their parents.

　　With a melomaniac soul, this red-haired person makes everyone see that they're not only good with the axe, but also very skilled with musical instruments, enjoying the touch of the strings of their lute whenever there is a gap in their schedule.

　　

　　Rayco/Gara, the tavern keeper.

　　Sorrol's tavern keeper. A friendly and generous person from an unknown and faraway place called Tamarant, which also gives their tavern its name.

　　Although they have an open personality, their past is a mystery. Beyond the name of their hometown, the rest is a blank page, and the few stories they shares about their childhood are the most ordinary, almost identical to anyone else's.

　　You've asked more than once, but your persistence hasn't gotten you very far. It's been pretty clear to you from their dodgy responses that they're not too keen on talking about their past, so eventually you stopped asking.

　　

Things you should know

This is a WIP. The story is very long and what I am sharing is only the first draft. With time I could edit chapters that I have already published, changing some scenes or deleting them completely if I think it’s the best.The language is in English, however, it is NOT my mother tongue and there will be grammatical errors. I would really appreciate if you let me know filling a bug report form so I can fix it. Link at the end of the page.I'm a VERY slow writer, and I currently don’t have a schedule for updates, but there should be a new chapter every few months. However, keep in mind that I am only one person, and therefore, the time between updates can vary greatly depending on the length of the chapter and personal problems I may have in real life.
