Mother is in Danger!

Use the crank to select egg and dice combinations to place baby dragons to defend her from hoards of enemies who would seek to harm her.

Between levels, pick a blessing and cuse. Mother is counting on you. Don't let her down this time.

  Controls

While on the battlefield, use crank to select a egg & dice combination. Press A to select.

Eggs will determine the type of dragon.

There are four types of Dragons

Normal dragons are the most common and do nothing special.

   Ice dragons slow enemies.

Fire dragons fire explosions that can hit multiple rows.

  Nature dragons fire piercing shots.

At the start of the game you have 1 of each special dragon and 6 normal dragons.

Dice will determine the amount of health and the rate of fire of your dragons.

Low numbers fire faster, but have less health. High numbers fire slower, but have more health. Equation for rate of fire is it fires every ((200 * Dicevalue) + 600) milliseconds.

There are three types of dice: light, medium, and heavy. Light always roll 1-3, medium can roll 1-6, and Heavy always roll 4-6. At game start you have 1 light, 1 heavy, and 6 medium.

You lose if Mother's health reaches zero.

While at the shop, use crank to select a blessing & curse combination. Each combination comes with one benefit and one curse, making both you and your enemies stronger. Press A to pick a combination. Currently there are 6 blessings and 6 curses.

Last as long as you can!

  Installation

  Playdate:

Instructions on how to sideload your game onto your playdate can be found here.

  Computer:

  1) Download zip and extract files.

  2) Download and install Playdate SDK here: https://play.date/dev/

  3) Open SDK and click File > Open and select the extracted files.

  4) Change controls to your preference. I recommend playing with a controller and using the right bumper for crank clockwise and the left bumper for crank counterclockwise.
