Point with your 'finger' at a UI button and pull the trigger to select.
Pick your preferred weapon, then select Missions, and pick your level.
Eliminate all the enemies.
Controls:
Trigger to Shoot
Grip to Reload
Touchpad + Trigger to Teleport
Touchpad + Grip to OVERDRIVE (when charged)
Menu to return to the main menu scene
