**Some people are reporting issues when pressing a button, it looks like this is down to xml files being altered in decompression on some machines. It can be fixed by editing the file Preferences.xml under Source/Content/XML and setting musicVolume and sfxVolume to 0 (you should then be able to turn these back up from the options menu)**

  Charlie is off on a well earned holiday, but some rude kittens on the flight haven't switched their phones to airplane mode. In order to avoid CATastrophy he'll have to tap into his many (more specifically, three) animalistic modes in order to dash, hop, and climb his way around the cabin, righting these egregious wrongs!

  Our entry to the Big Mode Game Jam 2023, Bon Voyage Charlie is a 2D platformer designed to be short and snappy in order to promote high score chasing speed runs. Switch fluidly between modes in order to move smoothly through the levels, picking your own path around the objectives.

  We've also included an in-game level editor and dev console under the options menu to allow you to create your own challenges and tweak the movement to suit you.

  The Team for the Jam consists of a programmer (Wayne), an artist (Elina) and an audio specialist (Abe), each participating in their first jam!

  The game was built in the Monogame framework, meaning everything from basic physics and collision detection to animation and audio implementation had to be built from scratch.
