Drill your way deeper and deeper as you search for powerful artifacts to power your ship.
inspidered by the flash game, Motherload
Move: WASD or Arrow Keys
Drums? (only on surface): Q & E
(Drums are only used to change your character colors, but serve no purpose otherwise)
Health:
Moving more than 10 tiles will damage you (be careful making long, straight paths). Upgrade your hull to move farther without taking damage. Moving to the surface from any depth will not damage you.
Fuel:
Each tile you move consumes 1 Fuel (even on surface).
Repair/Refuel
Running out of health or fuel will destroy you so make sure to repair and refuel. Repair cost 5 Gold per HP, Refuel costs 1 Gold per Fuel
Capacity:
If you are above Capacity, you wont be able to break any ores. You will still be able to break through dirt/grass blocks (and gain 1 Gold from them still) even if you are above capacity.
Blocks:
Gold Block: Used to buy upgrades and repair/refuel. Gives between 25-250 Gold depending on the tile
Artifact: Powers your ship after you collect all 10. Also gives +100 Gold. There’s 1 Artifact every 25 layers and a blue arrow shows you where the closest one is.
Grass/Dirt: Gives 1 Gold
Iron: Gives 5 Gold (Requires first Drill Upgrade)
Silver: Gives 10 Gold (Requires second Drill Upgrade)
Obsidian: Gives 15 Gold (Requires third Drill Upgrade)
Lava: Gives 20 Gold but also damages you (Requires last Drill Upgrade)
