In a distant place of Playful Chunks' 9-Volt city, there's a distinct shopkeeper called "Bara The CapyBara" (or "Bara-Bara" for short) that sells unique items in his Secret Shop, also known by locals as "Taguara".
Bara is a businessman, or shall we say... a business capybara(?). It's rumored that he made a deal with some crazy scientist to sell unique toys, games, and collectibles in his shop.
