This is a dynamic weather and lighting library for olc::PixelGameEngine. By including rudimentary edge information as part of your level design, the simulator can interact with and decorate those edges giving the effects for different weather conditions and time of day.

  You can control the time of day, the temperature, the wind strength and the rain strength. In a game, these parameters could be decided by the level designer or change in response to anything you want!

  Also demonstrated is a new utility library that allows lightweight GUI elements quickly and easily within olc::PixelGameEngine projects.
